Foccuz Product and Website Design

Foccuz is a startup that transform sales performance management with real-time visibility and precise actions. They automate commissions and compensation plans, eliminating errors and friction.

They came to me with a brand identity, including a logo and color palette, and asked me to help bring their vision to life by designing both their SaaS platform and their marketing website from scratch.

The project required a deep understanding of their product strategy, as well as the flexibility to create a cohesive experience across two different user-facing surfaces: the product itself, and the storytelling on the website.

Challenge

One of the key challenges was building a complete product UI from zero while aligning with a visual identity I didn’t create. I had to expand on the brand’s visual language to make it work in a functional product context — and then translate that same design language into a marketing site that felt unified.

On the product side, the challenge was to structure user flows around features still being defined. I worked closely with the founders to prototype ideas, create a scalable UI system, and quickly test and iterate on flows.

Solution

I designed the full interface for the Foccuz platform, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and extensibility. I created key flows including onboarding, team dashboards, user management, and performance tracking. All components were built in Figma as part of a growing design system that allowed for fast iteration.

Once the platform design was in place, I moved on to the marketing website. I crafted a clean, conversion-focused layout that emphasized product value and credibility, while staying visually aligned with the platform. I also built the website using Webflow (or WordPress — whichever you used!), ensuring responsiveness and performance.

Investor Deck design

As part of the collaboration with Foccuz, I also supported the team in creating multiple investor and pitch decks. These decks were essential for communicating the vision, product value, and roadmap to early-stage investors and partners.

Working closely with the founders, I translated complex ideas into clear, compelling slides, using visuals, iconography, and storytelling that reflected the brand identity we had established in the platform and website. This helped ensure consistency across all touchpoints and reinforced trust and credibility in every conversation.

Website Design and Development

After designing the user interface of their SaaS platform, the team at Foccuz asked me to create a marketing website that could introduce their product to new users, communicate its value clearly, and help build early trust.

The goal was to design and develop a modern, product-driven landing page that reflects Foccuz’s brand, showcases key features, and converts visitors into interested leads.

I designed and built the site in WordPress with Elementor, which allowed for a fast development cycle and a highly customizable layout. The design is simple, bold, and intentional, giving room to Foccuz’s product visuals and key messages without overwhelming the user.
